Yesterday I had my first opportunity to drive Infineon Raceway, aka Sears Point, Sonoma County Raceway. I ran with NASA NorCal's HPDE group 4, and had a terrific day. This is one big club! THE WAGON GETS A RACK
Every wagon needs a roof rack, and the Race Wagoon was looking naked without one. The factory rack weighed 16 pounds, so that just wasn't an option for a race car. The west coast's best driving school will be taking place next weekend, Jan 15/16, 2011. This school is hosted by VARA, the Vintage Auto Racing Association, and held at Buttonwillow Raceway near Bakersfield, California. SANTA CAME LATE,
...but worth the wait. My wonderful wife told Santa I was "in need" of a new steering wheel for my race car.
