Auto Club Speedway is a track that takes full commitment for vintage/historic racing, it eats cars for lunch if you’re not prepared. The long periods at WOT and top speed followed by max braking efforts lap after lap will find any weak link in the car and driver. Motors and brakes take a real beating, and every system from cooling to transmission venting is tested.
