Along with some members of the Nob Hill Auto Club, I toured the Canepa Designs restoration shop/showroom/museum today in Scotts Valley, CA. 510 WAGON FIBERGLASS REAR HATCH GOES ON
Today I welded on four 1/4 turn tabs and riveted on the four corresponding latches to hold on the fiberglass rear hatch. The bottom is held in place with a couple of external tabs. The four wheeled circus that is "24 Hours of LeMons" is invading the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend at Infineon/Sonoma County/Sears Pt. Raceway. The California Datsun community came through for me as I finally found the finishing jewel for my vintage Datsun race motor; a finned, cast aluminum racing oil pan.
