This summer I added another Datsun to the garage, a 1969 Roadster 2000, and today was a great day to take it out for a spin. VARA BIG BORE BASH ’17
As my 2017 season came to a close last weekend, two facts became clearly evident to me. SFR SCCA THUNDERHILL, NOV ’17
Just finished up a weekend of racing at Thunderhill Raceway Park for the SFR SCCA season finale. One week ago we had ten FCs signed up for Group 4, with an even split of first and second gen cars. Wow, we survived! Laguna Seca Raceway saw record high temps for the SFR SCCA race Sept 1-3, it was well over 100F Friday and Saturday, cooling off into the mid 90s for Sunday. An incredible display of almost half the Indy 500 winners from 1911 to the present.
