2009 SEASON FINALE???
This weekend I attended the Big Bore Bash at Willow Springs Int'l Raceway, VARA's final race of their 2009 season. The weather was as outstanding as the turnout, with sunny skies, temps up to the 70's, and 175 entries. I worked as the pitcrew for my good friend Cuffy Crabbe, who was racing his 1972 BMW CSL. This weekend was the British Extravaganza race weekend at Buttonwillow Raceway put on by VARA. The Bakersfield British Car Club graced the infield with a Concours as well.
