Today I welded on four 1/4 turn tabs and riveted on the four corresponding latches to hold on the fiberglass rear hatch. The bottom is held in place with a couple of external tabs. The idea was to make the process of putting the hatch on a one person job: drop it in place with the tabs and then secure the dzus pins. … [Read more...] about 510 WAGON FIBERGLASS REAR HATCH GOES ON
LE-MONS AT INFINEON RACEWAY 2010
The four wheeled circus that is "24 Hours of LeMons" is invading the San Francisco Bay Area this weekend at Infineon/Sonoma County/Sears Pt. Raceway. It is truely an event to see at least once, kind of like Mardi Gras at a racetrack. To make it worth the fans' time, they even get to pick which race car gets to be crushed, yes, crushed. This one has internal … [Read more...] about 510 COMP OIL PAN
ROLLCAGE SUPPORTS

510 WAGON REAR FLARES
I bought these fiberglass BRE style rear flares from Classic Datsun Motorsports. They cost a little bit more than other brands, but the quality and fit are definitely superior. Ya get what ya pay for... Since all the flares are designed for two-doors, you have to do a bit of work to get them to fit four-doors or wagons. I held them in place with a couple of pilot holes, … [Read more...] about 510 WAGON REAR FLARES
